Shellbraes Studio

Shellbraes Studio is a well-equipped and beautifully presented self-contained property attached to Shellbraes Farmhouse. It has its own private entrance, parking and hidden sunny courtyard! Shellbraes Studio is a perfect base for single holiday makers, for romantic couples seeking an escape or as a honeymoon suite when the larger wedding party are staying at the stunning Shellbraes Farmhouse.

    The Studio is accessed along a short path to the rear of the property from the parking area down three steps to a private entrance.

    All the accommodation is on the ground floor, centrally heated and also has a cosy wood-burning stove.

  • Seating and dining area

    Seating and dining area: A comfy sofa in front of a wood burning stove and Smart TV. A fold out dining table with seating for two.

  • Kitchen

    With electric hob, fridge, kettle and a Nepresso coffee machine.

  • Bathroom

    Bath with shower over, W.C. sink and enjoys the comfort of underfloor heating.

  • Bedroom area

    With either super-king or twin beds.

  • Children

    Children are very welcome with travel and cot and highchair available on request.

  • Linen

    All bed linen is high quality, crisp white cotton.

    All power, bed linen and towels included. High-speed broadband providing Wi-Fi is provided. One basket of logs, kindling and firelighters are provided. Shellbraes Studio has private parking and entrance to the rear of the farm, a secluded courtyard with table and chairs for two.

The wood burning stove was fantastic and a real bonus. We loved our stay at the studio, which had everything we required as well as some lovely touches e.g. coffee maker and beautiful bedding. The space is ideal for a couple looking for some peace and quiet with lovely walks in the area.
