Kingbridge Forge is a stunning two-bedroom stone cottage set on the Northumbrian and Cumbrian border with Hadrian’s Wall close by and The Lake District an easy drive away.

The cottage offers all the comforts of modern fittings coupled with charming rustic styling. Features such as traditional beams and wood burning stove, along with carefully chosen furnishings provide an exceptional and unique home to relax, unwind and explore.

    Beautifully designed open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, with high exposed beams, feature stone wall and cosy log burner. Modern, fully equipped kitchen.

    King bedroom with wood panelling and cosy decor.

    King bedroom, with a feature stone wall and wooden furnishings.

  • bathroom

    Feature bathroom combining rustic stone walls and modern design. Spacious walk-in shower.

  • Outside

    Relax under the stars in the log-fired hot tub. Private patio, grass area and parking space, all fully enclosed.

  • ALSO

    One well-behaved dog is very welcome. Access to the property is down several, stone-and-gravelled steps, with no handrail.

Oh wow. Fabulous. The most important thing to me is how pretty something is and my husband loves functionality - we were both thrilled to have chosen the cottage. Everything was of an amazing quality, the kitchen incredibly well equipped, the views are spectacular... I can't rave enough about it. Oh - the bedding was lovely, the beds comfortable... the place was so peaceful, no squeaks and groans. Marvellous! Husband is adding that despite the feeling of remoteness, the village is only a couple of miles away and the access road is great. (How very practical)
