Multiple breakout rooms allow smaller groups to hold focused discussions or activities, while a fully equipped kitchen supports seamless catering.
The venue is ready to welcome your group with all the essentials: tables, chairs, and a full audiovisual (AV) and public address (PA) system to keep presentations clear and engaging. Plus, the space will be set up ahead of your arrival to let you focus on what matters most—your team.
Accommodation is available for up to 22 individuals, spread across four beautifully converted properties—the Drum Barn, Hayloft, Old Woodworker’s Cottage, and the stylish new Treehouse. Each offers a relaxed, rustic feel with modern home comforts, providing plenty of room to eat, work and unwind together.
Beyond the buildings, Roses Bower sits on private land with plenty of outdoor space for fresh-air breaks, team activities like football, or quiet moments in the surrounding woodland—perfect for clearing heads and sparking new ideas.

Beaufront Castle offers an exceptional setting for business retreats, combining historic grandeur with versatile event spaces. Accommodation is for up to 16 individuals across 8 bedrooms and the presentation space can hold 16 delegates. The Inner Hall is a stunning venue perfect for presentations and meetings of all sizes, with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate your group. Its elegant architecture adds a sophisticated backdrop that makes every event feel special.
For more focused discussions, the adjacent Drawing Room provides a luxurious space for breakout sessions or workshops. With its opulent décor and large windows overlooking the valley, it’s an inspiring place to collaborate and plan.
If you’re after a more casual setting, the TV Room offers a relaxed atmosphere ideal for informal meetings, team-building, or networking in comfort.
The castle’s unique charm extends into its accommodation as well. Each of the 8 beautifully appointed bedrooms offers spacious, restful comfort, paired with 6 luxurious bathrooms.
