West Grange Cottage

Entering from the parking space via the garden, the front door leads to a hallway with downstairs bathroom to the right and large sitting room to the left. The sitting room provides plenty of comfortable seating, ambient lighting and inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. The SMART TV has digital channels and catch up viewing. From here you can access the fully equipped kitchen with large island, built in oven, grill, hob and dishwasher. Towards the end of this space there is bench seating, a large table and glass doors that open onto the rear courtyard and further access to the parking area. Overnight EV charging available.

Stairs from the living space, lead to the first floor with three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite shower room with views across the estate, the second bedroom offers a double bed with clothes storage with the third bedroom providing a single or double bed.

The secluded, newly landscaped garden has views of Rothley Castle ruins and beyond, outdoor seating for 6, a barbecue for Summer evening meals. The cottage has both a wood fired sauna and hot tub for use all year round, with it’s own wood supply.

The West Grange Estate sits 10 miles West of Morpeth and on the edge of the Northumberland Dark Sky Park and surrounded by some of Northumberland’s most impressive landmarks such as Wallington Hall, Cragside and Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Hadrian’s Wall and its various visitors centres can be easily reached as well as the beautiful and often wonderfully deserted and serene beaches of the counties most breath taking coastline.
